How to Connect Your Locatr Card

We get it, sometimes words make things tricky so we have put together a few quick videos to help you connect to our cards as easy as possible:

We stand behind every single one of our products as we do extensive testing before we ship our products out to you. That being said, technology can be tricky and sometimes issues are unavoidable.
If you are facing any issues with connecting your card, the very first step is to do a full reset of your card. To do so, press the power button 4 times rapidly and then hold it down until you hear a chime, bingo, its now reset. Now you can re-try connecting your card and this will fix 99% of the issues. Please see a video of this reset process below:
If this still does not fix your issue, please try the final troubleshooting steps below:
- Fresh reset your card as above and then please try to restart your mobile, turning it off and then back on. Then try reconnect.
- Fresh reset your card as above and then please switch your device's network to 4G. Then try reconnect.
- If the above two solutions do not work, log out of your Apple ID and then log into it again. Then try reconnect.
Still not working? Sounds like we might need to replace your card unfortunately. Please send us an email to hello@shoplocatr.com.au with a video attached showing you attempting all three of the troubleshooting steps and we will send out replacements of any faulty cards you have!
